Illuminations 2019
St. Xavier High School
Illuminations is a unique lights show put on by the lighting crew at St. Xavier High School. I served as the system designer and master electrician for this production. In the production, 7 groups of students each produced their own pieces, each having roughly 6 hours in the space to cue their piece.
The rig of 38 intelligent fixtures and 8 conventional fixtures was designed and drafted by myself. System design was done with relay modules over the existing sensor racks.
Over the course of two weeks, I taught the students how to program their pieces on a GrandMA2 Lite, and supervised and served a supportive role over the course of their programming.
Show videos and photos are in post production and will be posted when available.
